The 2013 Workshop will provide an opportunity for the regulated community to come together with the staff of the North Carolina Division of Water Quality in an informal setting to develop a shared understanding of the law and regulations that may impact the regulated community in 2013.

Understanding those laws and regulations and the expectations of those charged with administrating them will help your organization develop the most effective compliance strategies and control costs.

The 2013 Workshop will introduce both experienced and entry level attendees to the topics likely to be the most important for achieving and maintaining compliance in the upcoming year. This years agenda consists of topics selected by the DWQ as well as topics requested by members of the regulated community in a January 2013 survey.

There will be plenty of time for questions during each presentation as well as during breaks and lunch. Attendees with specific questions prior to the workshop can also submit those questions to MCIC. MCIC will then provide the questions to DWQ staff anonymously so that they can address the questions during the Workshop.

To submit a question or a topic that you would like addressed at the 2013 workshop, e-mail your question or topic to jim@mcicnc.org.

Topics to be covered during the 2013 Water Quality Workshop include:
(Subject to change)
